How is Tierra different from other companies?

We understand how timely delivery is an important aspect for our clients and hence, at tierra we follow stringent SOP to deliver the right output at the right time. We send regular updates of their orders till they are delivered at their required destination. Packing is done as per international parameters.

How do you assure for the quality?

We test our production batches regularly at our own laboratories to ensure the quality. Every batch after production undergoes quality assessment at our own set up before dispatch. Further, we upgrade manpower skills, machineries and premises to give the best product each time. We also provide sample [production sample] for actual testing to clients before they receive door delivery at required destination.

How Tierra’s products are best compared to other manufacturers?

We manufacture products which is based upon the metrics of raw material and inner constituents, manufacturing process, packing process [As per international regulations], QA check at regular intervals, timely dispatch and the most important after that is feedback [after sale service]. We follow same process for each and every order irrespective of bigger or smaller volumes of order.

How packaging assures product delivery without any adulteration?

Once the product is approved by quality dept, it immediately packed without any delay. Packing is done in double layer bags, cartons or drums depends upon texture of product. Inner liner of packing material ensures the conformity and ease with core ingredient of product which is packed inside. Every packing strictly follows labelling as per FSSAI in case of food ingredient or custom labelling regulation in case of worldwide deliveries. Moisture free sealing is done to attain zero adulteration in product.

How shipping works? Does Tierra ship worldwide?

Tierra ships domestically and worldwide without any delays. Upon receipt of order confirmation, lead time will be communicated to the consignee/buyer and exactly following the requirements or as per shipping instructions of buyer, we ship to any location on the world globe. Regular updates will be provided to buyer from the date of receipt of order till delivery at doorstep.

How Tierra handles customer complaints or queries?

Tierra appointed dedicated team of employees channelizing towards the customer issues or product complaints if any. We work on customer centric approach and works on “SOLUTIONS BEFORE 24 HOURS”. Each and every query or complaint generated by customer would be answer before 24 hours. In case of product quality issues after delivery we assist for third party laboratory check as well for reassurance of product.
